PDF reader for webtv ?

Arch, have you gotten an answer back yet? :) JoaT's a COC of the first degree when it comes to people sending him emails off the group. You may have to "ping" him publicly to get an answer.

I have a friend here in Ventura CA who refuses to have a computer in his house. Never mind that he is only 80 years old. This guy can out bike me and stands on his head each day doing Yoga.

So I gave him a gift of a stand alone email station. I showed him how to use it and he signed up for service.

People have been emailing him and has has learned how the thing works.

Today he asked me why the long email messages were trunkatated and why he could not get maps.

I told him that he had an easy problem to solve: get the computer! I think it will show up soon.

(by the way the email station came from freecycle: people giving stuff away so it does not end up in the dump: lots of good things are offerd and people and the environment benefit)
