Gariel Sauls passed away Saturday in Oklahoma City, OK. Many of you never had the opportunity to meet Gariel, but he was a wonderful woodturner and an even better human being. I first meet Gariel at the 2002 Texas Turn or Two in Wichita Falls, TX. I immediately took a liking to this bear of a man. His wit and humor were infectious and his goodness was evident. I will miss Gariel as will all that have meet and known this fine man from Oklahoma. My prayers go out to everyone that has been touched by this wonderful man.
