Lee Valley has this Talon chuck for 199.99 with the screw included. What is your opinion of this chuck and is this a good price for it? Thanks for your help.

The Talon is a first class small chuck and you will not be disappointed. On the other hand, having one of these and also one of the Stronghold chucks is heaven.

On the other hand,
Amen.

It is a great chuck.
Then again, I really like my 2 Oneway 4" chucks -- I keep different jaws on them. They're a bit bigger capacity, and the tommy bars are faster in getting them adjusted for a spigot. And slightly cheaper. Oneway figured out to put 4 holes on the body of the chuck, but only 3 on the scroll. This way you always find a place to comfortably grip the bars for leverage. Great chucks, IMHO.
