I purchased an attachment for my lathe from this company about 4 years ago. It was called "wood lathe accessories" Greenville Tx
Its a swing arm bolt on attachment that holds 2 moffett lamps for great lighting and a platform to mount a motor controller.
I need to purchase some parts for it and hoping that someone might know where I can locate this outfit

I did a quick search on google and came up with the following site. No guarantees as to whether it is accurate or not. But at the bottom it does give a phone number for where you can get more information and to possibly even order. It also includes several pictures of the setup.
