? about Moda Dea Aerie.

I bought six skeins of Mods Dea Aerie on a really good sale at Michaels this past weekend. I am knitting a baby sweater in the denim color. It is sooo soft. I am having a problem with it heavily shedding. Has anyone worked with this yarn? If I continue with the sweater and wash it well after it is done will it help? The baby I am making it for is due next month. I have procrastinated long enough as it is. Should I give the sweater up and make a quick baby blanket out of something from my stash? Any advice appreciated, Marilyn

Marilyn, I'd frog it and make something else that you KNOW won't shed.... JM2C, Noreen I mean, why take chances with a baby sweater?....

Marilyn i would never buy a thread called dea -aerie .... i would suspect it will shed .... [sorry could Not resist that !!!:>:>:] ,, now seriously , if it sheds now there is no guaranty it won`t do it later ,,,,, mirjam
