In the shops i found Chinesecrochet balls for practising a bit of jugling , not that i want to appear in the circus , but it is a good excercise `using different hand muscles`. mirjam

I know what you are talking about Mirjam, I have been going to physical therapy three times a week for several years. I just refuse to let my condition get the best of me I am a WINNER!!!!
