See what happens when you make one pair of socks from one skein (and a little more) of Noro Silk Garden Lite. I knitted these at the same time, on two circulars, so if I had to use different yarn for the toes and/or the heels, at least they'd be symmetrical that way. Little did I know (though I could have figured it out if I'd dared to think about it)...

Heh - they're not mis-matched! They're "fraternal" twins. (giggle) I have a pair as well.

I experienced the same when I made a hat and "roll neck". (Even my colours were darker and may be more "like")

was impossible to "plan the end", or get the hat and neck to be a bit "alike". I saw the yarn had very long repeats, butI thought I had got two different color number/balls. But despite my doubts, I was very happy with the result. I really like NORO! Aud ;-)

Ooh, those are pretty. I have a hard time choosing just one Noro colorway per project...

Oh my! That's just too funny. I agree, dear, you should just wear them proudly and be warm! They are nicely worked.

I love those results! That's a cute way to display them for a picture also.
