Heading off now!

I have had a very leisurely morning, and start into the afternoon, but I think I'd better get at some of the things I want to do before (or in case) the Fibromyalgia decides to kick in again and knock me for a loop.

As I'm sitting here basking in the sunshine coming through the window, I am noticing doggy nose prints all over the window pane. LOL My Mom told me once to never clean a window while the sun is shining on it or it will streak, so I'll put that off for later when the sun moves toward the front of the house. Besides, with the drapes open it would only be a matter of time before Casper came along to look outside and I'd have newer doggy nose prints back on the window again anyway. LOL

Have a great Sunday! See you all tomorrow! :o)

Peace! Gemini

I miss seeing my Misty's nose prints on my sliders. She used to sit or lie there throughout the day, watching for deer and squirrels. I would Windex them away just to find more later in the day!

I guess it is the same with children's handprints.

Thanks for the memories, Gem.

:o) You're welcome, Di! We *do* become very attached to our furry family members, don't we? I know I will be lost when the time comes that ours are gone.

Speaking of children's handprints.... somewhere in the house I have a wall-hanging about a child's handprints on the wall, and how parents shouldn't get too upset with them for it because soon enough they will grow and be gone and then we won't have the handprints to worry about and it will all seem very trivial at that point. It made me cry when I read it, because it is so true... so I had to buy it. If I ever find it (over the next ten years or so that it could take to sort everything out. LOL), I will type it up and post it here.
