Here is my hat.

I have finished the hat, which was OK, I think, not the cutest I have seen, but I can make more, cannot I??

the same time I took a picture of the white sweater I made before Christmas, Discounted yarn and "my own" pattern! I was lucky, it came out with not too much frogging, and I like to use it. I have used braids in all ribbing, along the raglans and in the sides.

Can't see anything wrong with the hat. White works well because you get all those different planes when you knit it that way, nice hat

Thank you all of you! I loved to try out the entrelac in the hat.

...Well, may be it is because I don't feel "nice" in hats anymore, I must say I liked the hat better laying at the table, than on my head ;-) May be it is cute enough, but perhaps not so cute on my head! LOL!

I SHOULD have written down how I made the hat, and not least a pattern for that sweater. I had lots of notes as I worked along, but did never "edit" them or write out a pattern.

May be next time??? ....so I don't have to do the same mistakes one more time... OR use the calculations more than once?? AUD ;-)

Sorry, Trish, I never gathered my "notes" to a pattern! Aud ;-)

Oh Aud, that is very pretty! Did you create the pattern yourself? I like that very much! :o)

Oops, I just noticed the other URL at the bottom... the sweater is so pretty too! Is it for you or a gift for someone else?

And *duh* I just saw too where you said it was your own pattern. I'm not with it this morning. ;o)

Can you "read" the knitting to get the pattern that way? Your notes will help.
