I am knitting these "Trigger finger" gloves and have run into a snag. These are on 4 needles, which I don't do very often. I am up to the trigger finger and the direction says "Knit 1 stitch on the needle on the right (already has stitich on it) and leave the extra stitch there." How do you knit into the right hand needle? Donna
