I am putting an I-cord bind off around the top of a purse that I plan to felt. I am all the way around to where I have just 3 stitches left on the needle and now what do I do? How do I bind off the last 3 stitches and join with the beginning?

Get out a yarn needle and fake it. By the time the item is fulled the join will pretty much disappear anyhow...
