Where can I find a free toddler sweater pattern, 18 mo-24mo) size 8 needles? I don't noramlly knit for small ones...my great niece is visit this summer, so I wnat to surprise them.

has one on size 7 needles. If you search for "child's striped cardigan" on their pattern finder you should find it. I'll keep looking.

Okay, the first one I found was Kid's (not Child's) Striped Cardigan, and there's another one (same website) called "One-Stitch Baby Sweater." It lists size 9 needles.
