rcty, ... mostly reading for many months ... [I missed everyone here.] my wip's ... ... garter stitch cardigan in deep earthly colors ... wristlets in rainbow colors ... drop stitch stole in variegated blues ... sewing a second granny squares strip to open shell stitch shawl in dark red

my fo's ... ... crochet kufi style cap in neutral colors for a b.d. gift ... stitch sampler to this pattern online .. just to see if it was pretty enough for a party and warm enough for comfort

Aud, the pattern surprised me, because it seemed like a diagonal stitch pattern without increasing or decreasing stitches. I think a larger piece would drape very nicely. It is pretty. It seems thick. It is warm.

p.s. if you'd like, I took a pic of it though it barely shows the best of the pattern.
