AD kinda, and opinions needed on bracelet

I finally finished the valentine bracelet I mentioned. I love the way it turned out. I am trying to decide whether I want to put it on ebay or just put it on my website. Ebay would likely get more visitors, even though it's slow in the jewelry section right now. Thoughts? Here are some pics:

All metal compontents are sterling silver, including the base chain and clasp. The bracelet is made with my own lampwork (beads are smaller than usual for me), Swarovski crystals, Bali (and other sterling), and Czech glass. The bracelet fits a 7" wrist and can be resized. I'd love to know what people think of this. I sure loved making it!

That is beautiful! I'd say try ebay as it fits in with valentine's day theme and all. Offer to gift wrap it in your auction. And, if it doesn't sell, put it on your web site then and wait for the happy customer to arrive.

I LOVE IT!!!!! I would SO totally buy it if I could right now, but I can't. You get a big KLUNK KLUNK KLUNK for that one...(that was my first klunk ever, so feel honored! :-) )

Now, Kandice! I TOLD you I don't have any money to spare right now!!!! Dammit, woman!! Quit tempting me to break into the piggy bank...

eBay, definitely. But put a reserve on it. If it doesn't sell, then put it on the website. If it doesn't sell there, well, you could always just send it to meeeeeeeeee!!!!!!

wow Kandice - what was the question? Put it on ebay or put it on your site? I say put it on your WRIST girlfriend! I know that's where it would go if I had made it :) I love it - it's fabulous!

Okay, you guys crack me up. :) Thanks for all the kind words! I am putting it on ebay and starting the bid pretty high (for me anyway). If it does not sell there, I will put it on my website. If it doesn't sell there by Valentine's Day, I will cry, or keep it. Probably both. :D Here it is! Eeek!

Haven't read any of the replies yet, but I would have to scream DO NOT put it on eBay!! That is exactly the kinda thing that someone will buy to take apart for the beads (I would, if it were on eBay....I mean, if I didn't know how hard you worked on it, and stuff;o)

BTW, it's beautiful!! :o)

If within the next 7 days I win the lottery or find the money I will buy it! Would it be proper to take it apart and make other items? NOT!!!!!

Too late. And they are going to have to pay a lot to take it apart. That thing would take so long to disassemble - and why would they want to do that? Would it sell for more on my website - and to someone who would not disassemble it? I guess it would be fine if they did - it would of course, be their choice. Thanks. :)

If only I had the money! That bracelet is to die for. And the coolest part is because I have a skinnier wrist, you'd have to take off a few of the charms and they could be earrings. ;-)

Thank you. :) It does feel good on - nice and heavy without being too heavy. And it swishes. :)

It seems to me, the more it goes for, the better chance it has of not being taken apart - the better chance it has for being appreciated for the beautiful piece of jewelry it is - not just as a bunch of beads connected to eachother.

I can't immagine anyone taking it appart. I bet it feels so good on your wrist - and I bet it makes the sweetest music when it jingles :)

Good luck selling it - I hope it goes for $400 plus.
