i know, dear. some days are just harder than others. but this afternoon, when i went to get the mail, there were SIX books from publishers, a package from Harry, a package from Cheryl, and a package from Barbara. working with the wire, shells, beads, and stones are the one bright spot in my life right now!

I was told that Silver looks best with Paua. All the items I see online have Paua and Silver... so it just might be so. :) Maybe your might have a customer in your son's girlfriend, but if you make her something and she breaks up with him get it back! lol

I have some copper wire that a very sweet person sent me awhile back. :) Might just give this wire wrapping a go. If I mess up... well I will only know if I do. lol It will be another one of my one of a kind creations. lol

well, _i_ think it does.
take a hint from me - start with one of the irregularly shaped pieces! some of those irregular edges give the wire a place to latch onto. the round ones are a real terror - but i'm getting the hang of it!

What if this would work.... make notches in the round ones? Ahhhhhhhhh.... maybe something like a star shape? If you master the round ones you will have the market for sure. I will try a few of the odd shapes or free form and work from there. Be a good project for me tomorrow.
