Fraudulent Activity - bead seller copied text from my website

1 - How dare you use your text Kandice, for shame. You know, even if he copied from someone else's site (which is highly doubtful) he is still stealing from someone and knew he was doing it. SHEESH 2 - Exterminate the compitition??? PUHLEASE. Cheep imports are not your competition, what a dork. 3 - He is seeling beads that are imported at a inflated cost. Can get the same strand at a bead show for $4. 4 - The imported Chinese beads (which I think these are) are getting much better each year, yikes.

Well, I understand, but that's not something that was in dispute. I am not sure what your point was in pointing that out - i.e. I am not sure how you read my original comment. I was asking people not to buy from him.

Kandice, Vicki is essentially saying THANK YOU to you for pointing out this guy to everyone so that we don't buy from him. She's saying that because you were on top of things enough to notice that he copied text from your website and stuff that we have all gotten a heads-up that we wouldn't have gotten otherwise.

At least that's they way I've been reading what she posted. LOL! I haven't been able to figure out what you were seeing in her posts. LMAO! I have read them every which way, too.

I checked his auctions this afternoon. I noticed that on auctions with no bids that the text is gone. However, I haven't seen any auctions being pulled yet. How long does eBay take with such actions?

But - he's obviously an idiot to copy something like that right from your site... WEIRDO.....

I guess we can assume none of our little crowd will be buying from him.....
