Fraudulent Activity - bead seller copied text from my website

That's my gripe too. I never have gotten that one comment off my feedback that I'm a psycho. I just wanted that removed if nothing else.

Oh, wow - thanks, Kathy. :) I haven't heard form the seller again, but they have removed all instances of the text from their auctions, so hopefully that will be the end of it. :) Someone from here also found an instance of my text being copied elsewhere on the web, and after an email from me, that person removed the text, too. So the moral of the story is - don't copy my website or all my friends will find you!!! LOL - Thanks for the help, everyone!

Just the ones I reported - the ones with the text. I think the area is too gray for his other auctions to be removed - it's harder to prove item authenticity than to prove plagiarism. I think more people have to complain, and I think the silver items will be easier to prove than the lampwork items.

I think that perhaps if many people email the seller about his "Bali" beads being pewter, he might change the descriptions -- since he's been dinged by eBay once. Heh. I always go for the Buy It Now option. Auctions make me crazy, and I actually get headachy and stomach cramps waiting to see if I get outbid.

He copied the actual script from her website. He may have copied a set of beads but that isn't what she was most concerned about.
