Chris is home and about to start school on a modified schedule. What a true blessing. His personality is intact. He's mobile. He's now remembering things that happened to him 4 days before the accident. He still has some learning disabilities, but considering it's been just two weeks since the accident, we feel really blessed that we have him and that he's come through so much so far.
Thanks for your prayers. I believe they made this difference.

on an equal upnote -- My cousin got the results of the last biopsy and lab tests back... and they came back clean -- so they are saying he is in total remission... and need merely live a better lifestyle and make sure he does not get pylori bacteria again.. regular checkups - and immediate attention if he even THINKS he is getting stomach pain... Than goodness it was the easy cure kind of stuff... hurrah!

I'm sure he will continue to improve ... young people have much stronger powers of healing. The recovering memory is sign his brain is healing. I bet in a few months he will be back up to speed.
