OT: I know I don't need ice cream...

But it's Christmas, and there's all this temping stuff around. Like left over pie, and ice cream.

Only problem is, I had left the ice cream outside because the freezer was so full. When I brought it in, I couldn't scoop it, or even cut it with a knife. I had to heat it in the microwave to serve it!!

But it was worth it.

Oh crap, Tina, I know what you mean. My downfall this year wasn't ice cream or pies, but I gained weight over the holidays and I never do that. I'm usually real careful -- not this year! However, this year also did not SUCK, LOL. So, who knows. I am watching what I eat very carefully right now and trying to talk myself into working out again. It is a struggle.

You know, Becki, I am finally figuring out something about dieting. It doesn't work for me to take something out of my diet, but I can make it work by adding something. If I drink tea, I don't drink sugary fruit drinks, or fake sugar in soda. If I have celery (even with cream cheese) I do better by not eating starches, cookies, etc.

It just works better in my mind.

Yes, and I cannot maintain my weight without working out, and I have been too lazy to work out. Doesn't work -- genetics catches up with me, LOL. My family is full of fat white women. I don't want to be one of them.

Hey, Bec - did you ever get that Ultraglide from that crappy seller on eBay? If not, you realize that mine has your name all over it, right? I plan on you taking it to California with you!! (We definitely will not have room for a separate gym in our little house)!
