Paper is always a good selling point. At minimum, you should have business cards with business name and contact info. A brochure is nice as are pricesheets, but the business card is mandatory--don't leave home without 'em. Sarajane

Yes - and you can get very nice business cards at a very low price at Vistaprint.com. I buy mine there all the time, and they are wonderful.

My current cards are from Vistaprint.com but I've always used their stock images. Has anyone uploaded their own images for cards there?

Thank you, Kathy! Thankfully we saved for a rainy day so we're not hurting....not yet. Another month and we'll be in the poor house. I've been there a couple of times in my life so I can handle it but dh has never been!

I'm passing your vibes on to his head hunter!

Broderbund's Print Shop program is $50 for the Deluxe, less than $25 for the regular version. The templates for cards, brochures, and postcards of all sorts are easy to use. I import my own graphics from scanned pics rather than use a lot of stock clipart, but that's also cool. Add your own text, etc. I use it to make business cards, display cards for earrings and pins, hang tags, headers for bags, price sheets, signs, labels, brochures and pamphlets, address stickers, postcards and more. All are professional looking, all are easily changed at a whim or a new idea, and not much waste as I can print out one sheet of 10 business cards at a time rather than get 100 or 1000 at the printers. With a computer, this program, a printer and a paper cutter , I'm set and no longer have to go to the printer's at all. (The paper and cardstock aisles at the Office Supply places get a thorough going-over though)

I have a very old version, and will be getting the new updated one for Xmas, then will review it and its use in Belle Armoire magazine for the Winter issue. Even the old version is worth its weight in beads!! Sarajane

I use Broderbund Print Shop Professional. Also I kept the old one on computer. It is easier to use than the new one. I have been using the print shop software for may years, updating when each new one has come out. Shirley
