My first vibes request - OT

I've seen the vibe magic at work here, and I think tomorrow I could use some.

It's not as urgent as for those who have sickness and pain, but if there are any vibes left to spare it would be nice if a few rcb vibes could be directed our way tomorrow.

We've been house hunting and are getting ready to sell ours. I think we have a buyer, so that part is almost done, but now we *really* need to find a new house, and it's a huge, looming stress monstrosity that I could really do without. Tomorrow Dave and I are getting up early and driving out to the sticks to spend the day with our realtor and look at properties.

We need to find the right house. It will ease my stress enormously once I know I have someplace to land when my house is officially sold. So, I'm putting in a request for coolest-ever house, lose-the-stress-soon vibes. Thanks for whatever you can send :)

Wow, a big thank you to everyone for the vibes :) I think they worked-- we found a place that looks really good and is in our price range, and we are probably going to make an offer, pending inspection. Keep your fingers crossed, but I believe we may have found our new home!!

Wow, that was fast! Good for you and good luck with the inspection.

I remember when dh and I looked. We saw about 50 homes in the suburb before finding *THE* home. Thank goodness the agent showing us all these homes was an ex-co-worker and a friend of mine.

Those things are priceless, Laura! Wood floors are *the* thing to get especially if they don't require you to sand again. Ours didn't and most of the woodwork is the original to our 75 yo home. Now what's this about 4 porches?! You just have to show us a picture!

I know what you mean. We had "Brick Kickers" come out and inspect our house before we signed on the dotted line. He didn't come up with anything major except a leak in the basement from the bathtub which the sellers paid to have fixed. This guy was very thorough and nothing major has gone wrong. Just normal maintenance type stuff, like running electricity out to the garage, replacing the water heater, those kinds of things that need replacing sooner or later too.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that your inspection goes just as good as ours.
