Staples removed and all is better than could be hoped. Ms. Jamie is a fast healer. So, Vicki is heading south to Portland, OR, tomorrow afternoon evening and will be home by Sunday night, back online by Monday night.
Jamie is expected to recover and go back to active duty sooner than originally estimated, which will, no doubt, make Jamie (and the Navy and all her barracks' mates) very happy.
