Vicki called me from the road just a minute ago to report that Jamie is already out of surgery. Everything seems to have gone very well and she is already moving around, has been allowed to walk around her room and to the bathroom, so things are looking great.
Vicki just crossed into Oregon and should be arriving at the hospital in about 6 more hours.
All those good thoughts seem to have done their magic work.
Wow!!!!!!!! That's amazing! Hope Vicki is through or over that pass she was concerned about. Been thinking about her all night and day...

It appears that Miss Jamie is back to her tough young self. So much so that the Army is discharing her from the hospital TODAY rather than wait for tommorrow. So she'll be out of Madigan and heading for the base barracks late this afternoon.
