(((((((((Jalynne))))))))) I completely know how you feel about the infertility. I am there myself. I hope things get better for you, sweetie!

Those are Navy now? Or, are you attached to one of the other services? Hubby couldn't get HI, because that was Army (& Air Force) "territory". Germany, likewise, when I was "in". There was small Navy "presence" in Scotland then, and some place for stop-overs in Australia and NZ to and from Antarctica....
"Navy territory" was Japan, Guam, PI... Rota (Spain), Naples, and somewhere in Greece.... and the then infamous Diego Garcia....

Sorry for your problems. You never know what will happen though. I always wanted a second child, but my husband didn't. We didn't have one because I was an unwanted child and I didn't want to bring a child into the world who wasn't completely wanted by both parents. Then one day, this kid showed up who needed a mom and I ended up having two sons. Well....DH is special. He's a CTA (Cryptology Technician Administrative). There are a lot of joint command jobs available for him. But the ones I mentioned are actually Navy. Some of the jobs are Defense Courier Service, (which he's doing now, stationed at the local Air Force Base), some are Defence Attache's Office (which would mean two years of going to State dinners and other such activities), and others would just be doing administrative work for the Cryptologists at that particular command. Things in the Navy have changed so much even in the last couple of years, it's hard to imagine. Computers play a huge role in the changes in DH's field.
Update, the IRS check was found at the bank...it somehow got separated from the other check and the deposit slip. I'm SOOO relieved. Thanks for all your positive thoughts on that.
As for the other part....I'm really doing ok.. I've had a couple of good cries, but now am doing research on what kind of hysterectomy would be best for me. Tis therapeutic, honest.
I did go berry picking, and am gonna go again Sunday. Saturday, I get to meet with some friends and sew my fingers off. Things are evening out for me, which is exactly what I needed. Thanks again for your love and positive thoughts.
Jalynne, I'm glad your check was found. You continue to be in my thoughts.

Glad you are coping in the present, and thinking in an 'onward' direction about the future.
Good on you...
