Thanks for letting me know - I will let these people know that their web designer, although talented in the use of HTML design, and I suspect JAVA and other newer web design embellishments, has done them a disservice by giving them a website that's not accessible to many users. They aren't very Internet savvy, so I hope they'll appreciate some advice from a customer!

The people who remark that we have no fancy web-graphic stuff generally don't buy anything from us -- instead, they want to sell us their services to "spice it up". The people who *compliment* us on our easy-to-access, quick-loading site frequently do buy something. Who do you think we listen to? Celine
