Swarovski Article

I don't know, I get this image of a Swarovski spy snooping about Sooz's property and trying to catch her in the act of saying the "S" word..... sniggle... who'd have thought that the "new profanity" would be whispering a brand name? LOL

Hmmm, I was trying to find something on the internet to clarify whether there were other crystal manufacturers besides Swarovski in Austria. So far haven't found anything. But I thought this wording was interesting:

"We carry a unique line of gifts made with Swarovski Austrian Crystal"

"We carry our own unique gift items made with genuine Swarovski crystal.

We do not sell Swarovski Made Products."

And this site was weird/interesting, all about Austrian fashion

Here's a page I found on Austrian crystals:

I give up *yawn*... :)

Okay, but they still have the right to copyright the name. Just because Diesel and Ford didn't, doens't mean it can't be done. We can dislike it all we want, but the law is still there. I would love to hear whenther it would hold up in court or not. It's pretty safe to say that Swarovski has dealt with this issue before - I am sure many people have brought this up to them, and would be interested to know what their answer has been.
