Just a warning. Those pliers look like they don't have a spring in them. Wire wrapping pliers generally have a spring that keeps the pliers open, making them easier to work with. It's a real pain when you have to open and close the pliers yourself (been there, done that), especially because your other hand is usually busy holding something.
I've gotten some stuff from Micro Mark that's fine, but a lot of their stuff is cheap. You just have to be careful.
