Finally, finally, I got a spot to set up my sewing machine. Get the mending down with out going next door to the neighbors, maybe finish a few pillows, make a few tuck pillow. Useful stuff all.....
Except, I get it plugged in and discover that for some reason the whole thing is out of alignment - the needle strikes the feed plate, the bobbin grinds.
Grumble, time to call the neighbor to borrow her machine.
