back to embroidering over some of my old embroideries,

Good morning all , here i am agin with some of my old embroideries , pieces from old shirts , cushions table cloth ,, i just can`t resist it and add them to a bigger work and embroider first around them , to stabilize them , than i add some stitiches over the older ones ,,,, it always amzes me how it keeps it`s old look , but become more `mine`, i thnk when i was younger i wasn`t so aware of how my embrioderies were a signature of mine , now i am very aware of it being mine and not being influenced by other embroideries, mirjam
