Can`t be bothered with the X no archive thing - only worth it if you write something you don`t want thrown back at you in future years by those who like to trawl the archives to find something to pick the bones over! LOL! I couldn`t be bothered with that either, but I know at least one who loves to do it!

Talking of immortality - I tried to help Marny resolve her problems re posting on rctn. Looks hopeless. I told her I would post this part of her email here for you to see why she has been absent.

It points to another reason why people come and go from a group I guess. ********************************* This computer has been nothing but problems ... since my husband died, a friend took the computer and had it for over 4 years -- fixing it. He finally brought it back -- but it was NOT the computer I gave to him ... and it's an older one and -- well, it is now slower than molasses in a deep freeze. Although I have the RCTN & Q in the Outlook area for newsgroups, nothing allows me to get into the groups. So, for the past few years, I've not seen all of your wonderful folks. I still love the Hugs Quilt put together by TiaMary from the RCTQ ... quite a few people from RCTN also participated ... it continues to comfort me since Dale died in February 2001. Hard to believe Ginger hand delivered this magnificent quilt ... Hugs to you! Gentle as you go, Marny
