Well, the stitches are out. Good news is the the flap partial healed to existing skin so I won't have a huge divot to fill in. It does leak a bit, so no stitching unless it's completely washable.
So, since I have some mobility there now, I'm going to try stitching today.. Cheryl
I did something like that last year and I have such thin skin that stitches don't hold so they had to rely on glue and butterflies. No wetting it for 4 days and a bandage the size of the Empire State Building.

I started with a Sears Tower of a bandage. Lost that as soon as possible... C

It's about an inch long and about 1/4 of inch across.... It's looking pretty good now. C
