Talking about sheer stuidity. On the news today we were told that the London bombs were made from easily available cleaning products - and then, if you please, were actually told what these products were! I notice that that extra piece of information was left out of later reports.

Neither do I - and I deliberately didn`t mention the actual products. Can you IMAGINE what could happen if kids heard the actual product and decided to experiment (as kids do!)

Household cleaning products? Doesn't every housewife in the world know about ammonia and bleach? I mean, NEVER mix them together! Knew a guy once who thought that would be a dandy way to clean some grotty bathroom tile. He made it to the local ER in the nick of time.

For lots of fizz and a lot of CO2, there's always baking soda and vinegar. (Fun to use to clear drains!)

Hmm, what other weapons of muss destruction lurk beneath our sinks?
