Lucky me I've been invited to a friends house for a traditional holiday dinner, chicken soup, matzoh balls, tzimmes and the works.

I want to wish a sweet and peaceful pesach to all

I also want to wish a sweet and wonderful pesach to all who celebrate it, and a joyous Orthodox Easter to those who celebrate that.

We will have 18 people for the seder, kids are up from NC, nephew is in from the Netherlands. Chicken soup and matza balls are made, horse radish has been ground (have to have home made horse radish to clear everyone's sinuses). DW has made blintzes, merengue cookies, and we will be making a dish that uses crepe shells and shredded chicken. Kind of a chicken lasagna. It is a traditional Venezuelan dish called "Barriga de Viejo". All in all, should be a great time.
