I wasn't sure how to word the "subject" line to get anyone's attention. My niece sent me the following, I listened to/watched the video, and I was flabbergasted:
It's a 6 minute video of a news report. I urge you to take 6 minutes and watch it. It could save a life.
Dianne, I had never heard of IBC, and can't thank you enough for sharing the video website. I sent emails to my female family members to watch the video and will also send it to my friends. This is another case where the informed patient has to speak up. Doctor's sometime asssumes the simpliest diagnosis "it's simply a bug bite , take this antibiotic".

Almost no one has heard of IBC, and from the newscast, it would seem most physicians haven't heard of it, either. I really hated putting "OT" in the subject header, since this is such important news and so many have filters of off topic headers.

I have a dial-up internet connection and was having difficulty viewing the video, so I "googled" inflammatory breast cancer and read several sites with excellent information. The best for me was the Mayo Clinic site.
I whole-heartedly agree that every woman should read about this type of cancer. I am a breast cancer survivor and I learned a lot from this information. Rachel in Scottsdale
