Put up a picture in RCTNP

Sheena, I did not reduce the picture in the "My Pictures" folder, prior to posting this (it is the blue and gold pic). Has it come up correctly for you? I sure don't want to eat up all the space we are given. The picture was the one I carried to Japan last March for Mike and Aya.

Thanks

Gill

When I put mine up yesterday I had reduced them but when I actually added them it popped up telling me that it would reduce the size to an appropriate size, so one doesn't even have to do that anymore lol Marvellous thing this new fangled yahoo !

When I get back from Maryland, end of next week, I will see what else I have to post. Maybe I should go around the house taking pictures of some of the stuff that is hanging on walls! Then, I have one in the framer, two pillows to be made, three to go to the framer, four more that need charms etc, and my new Eagle to finish, and the drawer of UFOs, and the box of kitted things; My God, the list goes on and on, and on!

Go to it girl, get it done and get the camera out. Yes, why not take pics of things already hanging on the wall.

That's actually what's happening here too. I started to look around and gave up before I was near to starting. I keep telling myself that one of these days I'll should actually put the batteries in the camera and take some pictures, but so far that just been a good thought and no action.

. Since people seem to be using it again, I've posted a couple of new ones as well - Blackwork Challenge and In the Pink. Blackwork is best seen in the "large" mode so you can see the detail. I'm really proud of that one - I tend to be counting challenged like Anne and I did this one wihtout a mistake! (With frogging tho!)

Well, I was going to give you a call, but my daughter has taken the full week as leave, so I am either with the kids, or Marcella. Since the time they were gone is just the weekend, today would have been the only possible. Now, my cellphone has died on me, only had it since Christmas, so have to drive DSIL's brand-new car up to Frederick to get it worked on. I WILL tell you that having a 16 yr old male JHS unior in your care is NOT fun ( most of the time anyway). LOL

Well, OK - feelings not hurt. Sorry we couldn't do a get together. High school kids are a hoot to have around - what with moods and freedom, etc. At least be glad he's a junior, so his grades still count. It's the ones in senioritis that are more fun - IME.

On the get together topic - we're having a hard enough time putting together a Woodlawn outing locally!
