That jibes with what I understood, personally I have a problem with that mindset. I put it in the same box as the Archbishop of Canterbury apologizing for the Crusades. Show me one Crusader, how about Richard the Lion Heart, who would extend an apology and mean it??

The Romans, the Vikings and those unspeakable Normans should be giving us a bit of "sorry pardon" too. And the Beaker People sneaking in catching us anawares...

The problem is that it `changes` or tries to rewrite History, so that in further generations , their writing and the true facts as written , will all be considered just `like one OTHER point of view ` ....mirjam
