The four seasons hearts.

Back when they had that online show, I had ordered the charts Sensation Summer, Fabulous Fall, Wonderful Winter and Spectacular Spring from A Whimsical Element

Wednesday I went to my LNS and they had (finally) gotten all the fibers & embellishments in for all 4 charts. As well as the fabric. I bought enough fabric to make 4 of each of the charts (if there's enough fibers, we shall see) and everything all together (plus extra floss for the snowflake pattern that I've messed up 4 times now :D) came to $200+ Ouch!

Good thing Mom usually gives money as gifts to all the adults LOL...

I like that one too! I've also been thinking about the Blue Bonnet Collage for a while - I really like a lot of her designs.

Is this the new shoppe that recently opened in Bloomington? A friend & I have been wanting to come down from Anderson, but don't have the name or address of it.

Do they have a web site or do you happen to know their phone #? I'd like to call for directions.

Sounds like the Christmas Cash came in handy! The hearts are adorable & look like they'll stitch up pretty quick. Which Snowflake is beating you up?

The collages are lovely, but they get pricey with all the specialty fibers. Hence, I only buy them with "someone else's money". My now-defunct LNS never seemed to have all the necessary fibers and loathe to order those they didn't stock, but I'm now ordering from NeedleDelights.com, which has no problem tracking down any weird fibers I lust after.

If you want a map, use this one:

look for the intersection of N Smith Pike & Highway 46/Arlington Rd, near the area marked Forest Part Heights. Fancy Works is in the strip-mall behind Arby's at that intersection. Liz & Dianna are *very* nice. Every time I go in there, they have more & more stuff!!!! And if they don't have what you're looking for, they will try to get it!

Thanks! I do believe we have a new LNS to haunt on Friday!!!

I love Persnickities, but things just never seem to change. And Needle Fever is great & they've made some wonderful changes since the new owner took over. But I really would like to go to a different store totally! I also love House of Stitches, but it's SO FAR to drive in one day!

Again, thanks & maybe I'll see you there some time!

Those are nice - I guess you're planning to do them for gifts - personally I can't stitch most things more than once (rarely something small a 2nd time).

Indeed. Well, enjoy your new projects.
