Sigh. Probably not. He has one almost finished, but has a problem with finishing. He's decided he needs an apprentice. someone to help finish up the last stuff. It is basically done, just needs some joining up bits and polishing. He has been looking at a way to put what he has on line for those that are really interested.
Of course, when his publisher, Jim Baen, died this past year that also put quit to a lot of the hope of more, unfortunately. Rick has had some problems with the fiction writing since his heart surgery. That is when he was in the middle of this last Wiz book. Part of the very real craziness that goes along with a creative mind.
