Alison's HUG F.U.

I just wanted to post a short follow-up...

Last night, after the PTO meeting broke up - Alison came up to me and pulled me aside. She said she just had to tell me again how much she loves her Hug Quilt. She says "it gives her warmth and comfort in ways that just any ordinary blanket wouldn't do." She just can't explain how good it makes her feel to cuddle up in it. And when she feels really tired, down and sad - she said she just puts her hand on Snigs Angel and she swears she can feel the love and the strength coming from it!

Anyway, thanks again to all who participated and a special thanks to you Snigs for "Alison's Angel".

Hugs, Tina

I was thrilled to participate. I have special feelings of empathy for others going thru the BC/chemo nightmare. I know the STEEL HUG that I received as I started the chemo treatment after my bilateral Mastectomy got me thru many of those awful moments. When my sweet Pollock died 2 months after my last chemo injection I cried rivers on that Hug. I just poured all of that love that was given to me into the Alison's Angel block and passed it on. Thanks Ms. Tina for letting me know that I was able to help her deal with all that she is going thru.
