Some pictures of the blocks were posted a couple months ago and now it's done. I'm just stunned.

Absolutely amazing! Has he thought about entering his masterpiece in any type of contest? I would think he would take the show with this!

Just looking through her quilts and am fascinated by the background fabric in her Winter Still Life - its like an embroidered sampler.

Oh my! That's amazing, Cindy! Thanks so much for showing us. How big is the finished piece?

It's 40"X40", Sandy and it weighs over 100 pounds. The blocks are 2".

The DJer's are having their Semi-Annual retreat in Shipshewana this week. Some of the attendees requested that Sue (who lives in Utah) bring it for Show & Tell!

Thanks, Cindy -- it's really different. :)

Right. She could just tuck it into a little corner of her carry-on bag, right? ;) LOL!

That is absolutely incredible! Goodness, he must have the patience of a saint to piece together all those tiny glass pieced -- not to mention not being able to "undo" a mistake! I'm soooo impressed! Wonderful job!
