Getting ready for tomorrow's quilty day

Now that the 'event' as the dr. calls it has ended and I am feeling much better, I pulled the fabric that I had pre- washed for the boarders of my UFO log cabin quilt. Everything is set up so that when I get up in the morning I will be able to get right to work on it. I will have to move my laundry out of the way first but that is no biggie IMHO. I am getting quite excited about seeing this quilt completed. I am hoping I will have it all done in the next week or two (if all goes well that is). Right now it is hard to believe it got set aside for so long. Though I think It may have something to do with my change in color arrays. The blocks are in good contrast, but as time has gone on I am less fond of some of the blue florals, especially the ones that I chose here. I am confident that the boarder fabric that I am going to use will make all the difference in the world and is setting it of in a fantastic way. Now I can hardly wait to get back to work on it, but first things first I suppose some sleep is in order. Sleeping when I am so excited is going to be a challenge all it's own. juliasb
