OKay, like I *really* need another project or 2 (or dozen), but I have been thinking about making a gift for my OB as well as for her nurse (who I get along with really well - we are both Ren Faire fanatics..lol).
I have no idea what I should do. I was thinking about a scrub top for the nurse and...?? for the doctor. But now I am thinking about doing mini quilts for both of them.....any ideas here??

How about a Fall table topper/runner
Hi Larisa, my nephew is an OB/Gyn and the new family gift which he treasures the most is a photograph and thank you card. He has kept all of them in special albums in his office along with the school photos too. Last summer, when his parents were staying with him for a few days, he took them to one of the parks in town where there was a minor kids soccer game going on - he looked at his Mum and grinned when he said, "They are all my kids". Maybe your OB also keeps up to date with 'his kids' - just a thought. Jennifer in Ottawa
Larisa, Maybe a huge quilted fabric picture frame! My OB has several of these huge frames with collages of pics of all her "kids" in them. They are about crib sized and are generally a puffy border with lace fringe. No glass or anything. She just tapes the pics in place on cardboard backing.
You could make a quilted cover for a photo album.....I did that for someone's baby shower.
