Going Cross Country NOT OT

Lord willing, and the creek don't rise....Mr Joe and I are DRIVING cross country this Spring: AZ to IN and MI

IF any of you are interested---send me an email. We will go one way there and a diff way back. I have NO idea which States we will be going thru--but if you're between here and there..I'd LOVE to hear from you....maybe meet at Your LQS, if it isn't too far off the beaten path. I'd love to get a FQ from each State we go thru to put on the back of the cloth USA map I have---WUH size--thus the FQ. (Get your maps out--am I gonna be CLOSE to you? )

We will have a Laptop with us so we'd be able to contact you on our way. I've asked Karen, Queen of Squishes to be our go-between. If I don't answer you--she should know about where we are. I should have a traveling e-addy before we go.

I'm really excited cause I never dreamed this (traveling by car) would ever be possible for us again.

I lived in Lansing a few years ago. You'll definitely want to check out Country Stitches, but you probably already know that! If you're only going as far north as the Bridge, you'll still be an hour and a half away from me. But if you decide to take a side trip to see the Pictured Rocks, I'd be happy to meet with you.

Well shoot. Too bad you are doing this in spring and not summer. We could have planned a meet up somewhere between CA and NM when I am stateside in July.

And what is the name of the state that lies between CA and NM???????? Kinda like the state that I presently live in-- (NO, not THAT kinda of state ). We could maybe have a meet-up of Pati, Carolyn in Old Pueblo, Jeanbaby, and anyone else that lives in AZ. I should be back long before July. Do you know about what dates?
