I've ordered from them in the past, and twice this year I think. They were so speedy, efficient and *polite* that they really showed how poor the other "service" I received was. I was so happy that they emailed me to discuss shipping, didn't gouge for that (or the price of fabric), and were generally nice, that I wrote a long positive email to them to find Monday morning. What I actually wanted to do was kiss them. They're grrreat!

I have to agree with other responses. I've ordered from them more than once and had excellent service with speedy shipping. Plus, it is so relaxing to me to peruse their site even when I'm not looking for anything in particular. I guess this is my version of window shopping.
