Today was suppose to be my satellite group quilting but I am feeling down with a sinus infection so didn't go. Thought about all the things I should be doing and changed my mind about all of them. Instead drew 3 pumpkins, fused them to fabric, added halloween fabric top and bottom, made a black cat to sit on the top of one of the pumpkins, sandwiched it and free motioned it with holographic metallic thread. Looks great.
Seems like lately I do things for others and realized I have no Halloween Hangings for my door (or for that matter any hangings for my door - need a fall one done for next week). Looks great and finished in no time.
Do you ever feel you never get a chance to do something just for fun for you??
It is a sunny fall day here. Was a perfect day to do something fun.
