Butterfly: Good luck with the PT. Just think of it as your 'part time job' so you will stay on task. I once had a similarly rigorous PT schedule and was (still am) very happy to have an excellent outcome ... NO rotator cuff surgery! Gentle hugs, PAT

Top that off with once a week, VOICE Therapy! Seems after years of using my inhaler, it's ruining my vocal chords! So off that inhaler (Flovent, as I know some of you have asthma) and keep to the Proventil HFA. So far, knock on wood, I haven't had an asthma attack as that would mean a new inhaler.
