The quilt for DDs birthday is done - yippee! It is a denim & flannel, ragged edge job and boy am I gald to have finished snipping, washing, drying and cleaning out lint filters.

DD chose the main bright pink flannel ages ago, but I needed to add a bit more to make it big enough and finding non-stretch denim of the correct weight wasn't as easy as it sounds. When I found the paler denim with the little hearts on it in a sale, I bought the bolt-end!

Oh, that is so cool, Lizzy! I really like it, which is a surprise to me because I do not (usually) like the rag quilts. I like this one though!
