above is a link to the pictures of my June blocks...NO cat fabricsthis go-around. Do you see my big mistake??!! I made one petal ofthe appliquéd flower too large because I forgot to cut the seamallowance off the freezer paper template. DUH! I didn't realize ituntil I was completely finished with the block. Appliqué is my leastfavorite quilting technique, so I'm leaving it as is - a quirky, wonkyflower. When I finish, I'll only need 30 of the 36 blocks to do thequilt I have in mind, so I'll be putting aside my six least favoriteblock attempts anyway and using them for other purposes.Carole D. - Retired and loving it in the foothills of NW GeorgiaMy quilts, crafts, QIs, and more -

But some of our quilt shops are closed on Mondays because they are open on Sundays.

Hummmmm, maybe I should keep that in mind when I visit my mom in Cincinnati in September. Absolutely must get to St. Theresa's Treasure Trove (or whatever it's called) this time.

My favorite LQS is closed on Saturdays and open Sundays.
