lifeguard fabric

May 13, 2007 2 Replies

We want to make a quilt for a gay couple we know who are having a civil partnership ceremony shortly. One ingredient we'd like to find is a fabric with a design of Hunky Lifeguards (or swimmers of some other variety, at any rate lots of muscle and Speedos).

Firemen and builders seem to be available in catalogues on the web but not lifeguards. Anybody know of some?

Email Paul Rubin at equilter.com. If anyone has it, he would. He will answer you promptly (unless he is at a show). he always has helped us in the past when we were looking for a certain item. He doesn't 'push' his store. I vaguely remember a fabric with surfboards and guys on it at his site but I can't remember how long ago....that's why I mentioned his place first.

There is another place:

Paul doesn't have it. YADA YADA YADA

Do a search for "beach" on equilter. Lots of ideas, no lifeguards, though.
