OOOHHHHH that would be wonderful! Wow, 20 miles! DH walks a lot, but he doesn't do 20 miles at a time. Just 5-6 miles 3-4x week. He could probably do one of Dave's hikes since he's so fit....and if not that...out of stubborness!!! ;-)

Pat- I didn't get the original post, so I'm glad Kathyl had it on her post. I LOVE seeing your darling bunnies and your marquetry is absolutely amazing! I have never seen it in such complicated patterns with such tiny pieces and an amazing array of different woods and textures and colors! That goes a long way in explaining your love of mini quilts with such intricate, beautiful, and very accurate piecing. I always kinda shake my head at the amount of minute detail work you do in your quilting! VBG I, also, would love to see some more pics of your home and the surrounding area. I am so tempted to try to find the funds to visit you and see all this beauty and your furry children- and YOU, of course!- in person..... it is a dream of mine. And I am very proud of you for figgering out how to use the Flickr site- good on you! I am very proud of my Big Sis!

They are beautiful though, as are your quilts. I am amazed at them and then I read how small many are and I'm even more amazed. They are all so beautiful. I've seen some of them before, but some I hadn't. Thanks for sharing them all with us!!

Patti, your house is beautiful. the bunnies are so adorable. i love all your quilts. i have a marquetry picture of ships sailing. it was a gift from a dear departed friend eons ago. i can only imagine what he paid for it. they look like alot of exacting work, but lovely. i love the one you did of the town street. One of my wishes is to see merry ol' England....and Scotland....and Ireland. amy

Pat, I enjoyed seeing all of your projects. the marketry was very nice, and those lop rabbits are cute. I also loved the Morgan. They are no longer available in the US as they don't conform to our vehicle specs. I am a lover of British road vechicles. I used to have a series of British motorcycles in an earlier time. Triumph, Norton, BSA, Royal Enfield, and had a great time with them. They were wonderful to ride. Although because of the Lucas Electrics they often would quit for no apparent reason. We used to call it electrics by Lucas, the prince of darkness. Thanks for sharing.
